Banceithin Farm Cottages

Location: Cardiganshire, UK
Type
: Cottage, Family holidays, Farm house, Romantic

Banceithin is a 9.5 acre smallholding nestled in a quiet and picturesque valley near the small village of Bethania, in Ceredigion, West Wales. Set between the Cambrian Mountains to the east and Cardigan Bay to the west, Banceithin is perfectly located for exploring the stunning scenery of the unspoilt Ceredigion countryside as well as the award winning beaches.

We have two detached self-catering holiday cottages at Banceithin, Hen Ffermdy cottage and Cwt Mochyn cottage. Both are newly renovated former farm buildings blending modern interior design and facilities with the character and original features of the traditional Welsh stone buildings.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality holiday accommodation while minimising the impact on the environment. Our principal aim is to run Banceithin and our self-catering cottages as sustainably as possible.

Walk Awhile

Location: Kent, UK
Type
: Walking holidays

Under the watchful eye of local man Derek Bright, Walk Awhile offers tailor made walking tours of the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. These unique tours benefit from a long-standing passion for the Kent countryside, known to many as the ‘Garden of England’. If you choose a self-led tour, you will be seen off armed with a map, itinerary and list of local businesses along the Way for sustenance and more local knowledge, before being reunited again with your luggage at your next accommodation. Walk Awhile’s signature guided walk of the Pilgrim’s Way between the cities of Rochester and Canterbury encompasses a six day amble through the North Downs stopping off at bewitching little villages and historical sites such as the splendid Leeds Castle. The guide’s local knowledge will ensure that minimal environmen¬tal impact is incurred and Walk Awhile will help you plan your trip to Kent using public transport.
